The Boy Who Changed the World – book review

The Boy Who Changed the World by Andy Andrews

This book is about a boy name Norman who lives in Iowa.  It talks about him growing up and inventing a super seed to help starving nations.

The book then goes on to tell the story of a man who helped influence Norman.  This continues with the  story being told about Henry Wallace, George Washington Carver, and his adopted father, Moses.

Overall, I loved this book.  It shows that what one person does today, can impact the lives of others in the future.  The illustrations are beautiful and very colorful.  My children loved the book and have asked me to read it again to them.  They loved how when Norman was a little boy, he set his mind to do something and then was able to accomplish that when he was older.  My kids and I would definitely recommend this book to others to read.

I was sent this book from BookSneeze to do a review.
