Another Adventure…

I have just started another adventure. If you have known me for a long time, you know that I love to read and that I love books. I have been blessed with children who love books and to read as much as I do. Now, I am able to take that passion and hobby and make a part-time job out of it.

I am now an Usborne Consultant. What is an Usborne Consultant? It is a person who sells awesome books by a great company. Here is the Mission Statement from Usborne Books & More:

I can honestly say that the books they have are well written. The books I have gotten in the past have captured my kids attention right from the beginning. They have all sorts of topics, subjects and books for different age levels.

Weekly Weigh-In

I made some goals last week for myself. It was to drink my water, track my food, make healthier choices and walk at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes at a time.

I did fairly well with everything, except for tracking. I have been so busy, that I didn’t make time to do that. So, I am going to make that as one of my goals for this next week.

I was able to lose 4 lbs this past week. I am extremely happy with how the week went. I definitely exercised more! I have faithfully been filling my cup up with water once it is empty and I am also eating healthier meals.

My goals for this coming week are:
drink my water, track my food intake, continue making healthy food choices and continue walking 3 times a week.

I know I feel great when I am able to follow my goals. I pray everyone else has a great week also!
