More Sparkler Fun!

More Sparkler Fun!
In anticipation of the 4th of July, we have been lighting sparklers for the kids during the evening time. This also gives their daddy a chance to play with the camera. As you can tell, they are all having a blast. Also, the pictures are pretty cool!

We plan on hanging out at the house for the 4th of July and enjoying it with the kids.

What are your plans for the 4th of July?

Part Of A Team

When I started blogging, it was a way of writing about our family and our experiences of where we live. I also wanted to share about our homeschooling adventure.   I wanted to be an encourager and supporter to others.  I wanted to share my love of Jesus and  how God has blessed us.

Well now, I have been given an opportunity to do all of the above.  The wonderful women over at Seeds of Faith have asked if I would be a part of their team.  I was thrilled and told them yes.  What a wonderful way to be able to share my love of Jesus and my love homeschooling to others.

The founders of Seeds of Faith have also started a Hip Homeschool Hop.  On August 2nd, at 8pm CST, they will be having a Twitter Party to get ready for the first Hip Homeschool Hop.  (you can follow us at @hiphmschoolmoms or use #hiphomeschool)  August 3rd will then be the first ever Hip Homeschool Hop.  Be sure to check out Meghan and Sue’s blog. You can check out the Facebook page at Hip Homeschool Moms

I hope you will come along on this new journey with me!!

I Heart Faces – Pet Photo Challenge

I Heart Faces – Pet Photo Challenge

Over at I Heart Faces, the challenge this week is “pets”.
For 2 days, we had the pleasure of having these little kittens as pets. The momma cat eventually moved them on along to another home. However, I took several pictures the day before they left. I knew the kids would want to remember the little kittens.

Be sure to head on over to I Heart Faces to check out the other pet photos. There are some really awesome photographers posting pictures today!
